Scent Guru Dilemma.

Been thinking hard which fragrance to own since my Yves Saint Laurant fragrance almost to empty. I had been seaching for new fragrance and I found these Miss Dior Cherie and DKNY delicious night. I was in dilemma on which fragrance to own.

Miss Dior Cherie has these delicate flora bouquet composed of peony accords subtle sparkling fruity notes which suits for today's elegant young lady.

DKNY Be Delicious Night fragrance has this scent opens with an irresistible cocktail of Frozen Pomelo stirred with signature notes of Crushed Ginger and a Chilled Blackberry Martini Accord. Electric sparks of silky Purple Freesias add a flash of pulsating light and energy.

In this case, I had comitted ad populum Fallacy of False Dilemma.

Estacy for Chocolate

I browsed through a webpage about chocolate and I was fasinated at the particular moment

These chocolate pictures is indeed mouth watering.

Under Philosophy, Aesthetics take places as it is the study of beauty and taste.

I applied Aesthetics study by looking these mouth watering chocolate. It looks delactable and it really capture reader's attention.

I had my Critical Thinking's tutorial class conducted by Mr Nicky.
Today's lesson was MIND-MAPPING.
In the class, Mr Nicky had briefly discuss and explain about mind-mapping to all of us.
As usual, after that we would have a Educational field today, which is actually just an another outdoor activity at Fcm's autrium.
Mr Nicky asked us to create a Mind-Mapping regarding Critical Thinking's lesson and students were divided into 3 groups.
The group that presented the best on Mind-mapping based on the creativity on Mind-mapping which ensure more understanding towards Critical Thinking would get 2mark for participation mark where the rest of the 2 group would only get 1 mark for participation mark.
Each group got to present their own yield of Mind-mapping to all the students and of cos Mr Nicky as well.

Victor asked for a groupie gathering which involve Yun Wai, Genie, Victor and I(Cecilia) at this particular time to discuss about a plan regarding someone's birthday.
As we discuss, we get carried away suddenly taking about who Yun Wai's crush.

Genie :Yun Wai who is that lucky Fcm's girl? When are you gonna introduce to us???

Yun Wai :Ale...how come you guys knew about it?

Cecilia :Is she alpha or beta year? spill!!

Genie :I think is that alpha girl that we saw during orientation.

Yun Wai :Dont know. Sooner or later you guys gonna find out le.

Genie :Oooooo......Wait, I remembered once Calvin and I were in the bus, he told me that girl is pretty. I think is that girl.

Yun Wai: That girl??
Genie : Yeah that girl!
Yun Wai: Which girl?
Cecilia : Which girl?
Victor : Yeah which girl?

From the conversation above, we could see that Genie committed Fallacy of ambiguity where Victor, Yun Wai and I (cecilia) lose track on what Genie trying to tell us about the girl that make each and everyone of us say " Which on??"

I know I'm blessed for all de granted access i had from my lovely parent.
Everyone been telling me on and on about how lucky I am.

Last week friday, as usual my mummy picks me up from my hostel around 12:10pm and I complained to her about I vomitted several times this early morning till noon.

My mother question me alot to find out the main crux that make me vomit.


Cc :Mom, I dont feel well as I had been vomitting several times this morning.
Mom:What happen to you? What did you had this morning?How about yesterday?
Cc :I did not take anything this morning as I thought I am going to have brunch with you.
Mom:Come, I bring you to take something first. When we got back home remind me to cook some herbs for you.Next time please take something in the morning. You make me worried of you
Cc :Sorry for making you worried mom. Thanks mom.I love you ^^...muacks.

So Malaysian Style

I remembered last week tuesday, I had my tutorial class for Critical Thinking at 8am which conducted by Mr Nicky.
We had an outdoor activities at FCM autrium where each and everyone of us were divided into 3 different groups to perform a sketch based on Mr Nicky's story regarding about John Walker which had been told earier before leaving the class.
So Group 1 will be performing a sketch on Happy Ending, Group 2 on Funny Ending sketch and last but not the least Group 3 , which is my group will be performing on Malaysian Ending style sketch.
I was the group member for Group 3 and what I had to do was to collect ideas from my group members and combine to yield a sketch.
So, I conducted a quick Brainstorming Techniques for 2minutes on Malaysian style.

Here is the list of ideas that given by my members:
1. ketupat.
2.spicy.
3.village.
4.Instant noodles.
5.fatigue.
6.wide diversity of culture.
7.Hari raya.

After the brainstorming, I thanked my group member. We select some of the ideas from the brainstorming techinique and a sketch is yielded.

Once John Walker left the bar, he isolates himself in an unknown Kampung named " Kampung Spicy ". In an instant he baecame a well-known chef in that village as for him specialties in Ketupat and he ways he cooks it.John Walker wipe his sweat using his hand and with de same hand to take the ingredient.Using other hand, he dig his nosetril and put it into his mouth and with the same hand he stratches his neck...

A story began with,

A dog with a bone in his mouth was walking home happily. When the dog came to a bridge, he stopped and saw his own reflection in the water. Instantaneously, he jumped into the water hoping to get the bone, while the one in his mouth was dropped into the water. Finally , he got nothing and was drenched to its skin. Then, he walked away feeling dejected.

My assumptions were that the dog saw a bigger bone from reflection, and in its mind he wanted it as well. This made him jumped into the water, because he was overwhelmed with greed that surged in him. Moral of this story tells us not to be greedy, because what we have is better than what we do not have.( A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.)

Evangeline and Anderson

This is an Unknown Biography-Take a picture from a newspaper, magazine or poster. Create an identity for the person (if it’s someone famous, give them a new identity) and write a brief description of what was happening just before, just after and just as the picture was taken. Evangeline and Anderson are newly wed couple and they are currently staying with Anderson's parents. Evangeline thinks that it is better for them to have their own house so that they could have more privacy and space. Not only that, Evangeline do not want to burden her in laws as in they are capable to own one as they live in a life of affluent.
So, Evangeline looks for houses for sale through newspaper and friends.
Luck was by her side,she found one house which is located in the middle of the route between Anderson's parents house and her parent house. She thought that it would be perfect if she could get the house due to the location. So without doubt, Evangeline and Anderson went to look at the house. They fell in love with the house at the very moment they look at it.The house was surrounded with spectacluar scenery. In a twinkle of an eye, they called the houseowner regarding the house and finally they bought the house.
Now, Evangeline and Anderson have a house on thier own.

Sri Damansara Club

In a humid and boring mid-afternoon, a friend of mine named Crystal asked me to go for a swim with Sin Wei who is an ex-student of mine at 7:00pm at Sri Damansara Club.
But earlier before that, I had promised my parent that I will be having dinner with them at the very same time, 7:00pm and later on after 2 hours I will be following my mom to JUSCO to do groceries. Therefore I could not make it up to her.

In this case, The Causal Relationship is used.

MERDEKA Countdown at Bernards, Central Point.

This afternoon I had a conversation with a friend of mine named Genie who also studies in MMU through Windows Live Messenger.

"Tonight our groupie are all going for Independent Day's countdown at Bernards, Central Point.Don't you tell me that you are not going for the countdown with us. If you worried about your Critical Thinking's assignment, you could continue after we get back. Everyone also had not finished."

In the conversation above, Ad populum appeal to common practice were used by Genie to persuade me to go to the Independent Day's countdown at Bernards, Central Point.

Home SweeT dAddy??

So as usual for the home sweet home plan every friday.
After family dinner,as usual a small chat between family members.
I told my dad that I took my shower around 11pm everyday in hostel.
Not to mention suddenly my dad "Good girl! Very good girl! Take more late shower! As you grow older, you will get numerous kind of sickness, later that dont even dare to complain to me."
Okie I said "Daddy how about you? Everytime you finish your Qi Gong class around 11pm and supper with Qi gong's friends, around 12am only you come back home and take your shower. What the differrence?"
In this conversation, you could see that I'm using Tu quoque fallacy.

APPLE VS TOSHIBA laptop.

I was kind enough to lend my TOSHIBA laptop to a friend of mine, Clara to do her assignment in MMU's library where she forgotted to bring hers.
After a while, Clara told me that her eyes are getting drowsy and she gets headache when she works at my laptop.
She claims that this hasn't happened before, but she clearly states that she never encounter this when she use her APPLE laptop. Then she says that" I think I better get back to hostel and take my laptop.

The conclusion here is ''I think I better get back to hostel and take my laptop." But it's arrived in a way that "she never encounter this when she use her APPLE laptop". The argument was clearly bad as in the premise did not support the conclusion clearly. But , as in turned out, may be Clara's lack of sleep made her eyes drowsy and headache happens.
